Why Northeast Florida homeowners call Langston’s

Local, across 8 counties
Jacksonville-based, covering eight Northeast Florida counties — not a franchise routing your call out of state.
01
Duval County
Duval County is the home county — everything from historic Riverside bungalows to beachfront condos to rural Baldwin acreage, all inside one jurisdiction.
02
Clay County
Clay County is a short run from the Westside shop, which makes same-day and next-morning appointments realistic across most of it.
03
St. Johns County
St. Johns County spans historic coastal homes and some of the newest construction in Northeast Florida, and they fail in completely different ways.
04
Nassau County
Nassau County runs from Amelia Island salt air to genuinely rural western acreage, and coverage spans both.
05
Baker County
Baker County is rural work on a planned schedule, with properties where propane, well water, and all-electric heat are all common.
06
Bradford County
Bradford County is scheduled rural service, with a housing mix that leans older and a lot of manufactured homes.
07
Putnam County
Putnam County is river and lake country, with older housing stock and a real humidity problem in homes that sit empty part of the year.
08
Flagler County
Flagler County is scheduled work rather than drop-everything work, and that is said plainly up front.
